Pricing depends on the dumpster size and includes a flat rental fee plus landfill dump fees. Dump fees are based on actual weight at the landfill and vary depending on what materials were loaded. You can view current pricing on our dumpster rental rates page.

Rental duration depends on the size you choose:

  • 10‑yard: up to 3 days
  • 15‑yard: up to 5 days
  • 20‑yard: up to 7 days
  • Business 10‑yard: up to 30 days

Weekend days are included at no extra charge. If you need more time, extensions may be available — just contact us through rental support.

It depends on the type and amount of debris:

  • 10‑yard — small clean‑outs, minor landscaping
  • 15‑yard — garage clean‑outs, small roof projects
  • 20‑yard — medium home remodels, multi‑room debris
  • Business 10‑yard — restaurants, offices, retail with limited space

Each dumpster holds a different amount of debris:

  • 10‑yard: 3–5 pickup truck loads
  • 15‑yard: ~6 pickup truck loads
  • 20‑yard: 6–8 pickup truck loads

Weight varies widely based on what you put inside. Light household debris weighs far less than roofing, remodeling, or construction materials. The landfill scale determines the final weight, and dump fees are based on that reading.

For safety and landfill regulations, the following items cannot be placed in any dumpster:

  • Tires
  • Paint
  • Tar
  • Chemicals
  • Shingles (15‑ & 20‑yard)
  • Dirt, rock, or concrete (15‑ & 20‑yard)

No — as long as the placement area is clear and accessible, you do not need to be present. If you have specific placement instructions, you can provide them when booking or through delivery notes.

Payment is split into two parts:

  • Rental fee: due at delivery (“set of roll‑off”)
  • Dump fees: billed separately after disposal, based on actual landfill weight

Just contact us when you’re finished loading the dumpster. We’ll schedule a pickup as soon as possible — often same‑day or next‑day. You can request pickup through pickup scheduling.
